Paschall - Chairman of the Board A native of Drew County, Arkansas, Joe has been associated with Naler Insurance for over 40 years. Joe has served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and has also served on and chaired the Small and Rural Agents committee. A member of the First United Methodist Church in McGregor, Joe and his wife Marcy reside in McGregor. Joe enjoys playing golf and spending time with his grandkids. |

Kyle R
Paschall, CIC - President
and CEO Born and raised in McGregor, Kyle is a 1987 graduate of Baylor University, with a degree in Insurance and Real Estate. Kyle is also a 1988 graduate of the USF&G School of Insurance in Baltimore, MD and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1998. Kyle is Former President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Central Texas and has served on the Small and Rural Agents committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. He is active in and is a past president of the McGregor Rotary Club, and is the Contemporary Praise and Worship leader for the First Methodist Church of McGregor. Kyle is married to to Jill, also a graduate of Baylor University. They have 1 daughter, Katy Beth. Kyle enjoys playing music, hunting and NASCAR. |

D Paschall - Executive
Vice President Born and raised in McGregor, Mike is a 1979 Graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BSED. In 1988, he graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas with a MDiV. Mike joined Naler Insurance in October of 2003 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Central Texas.. Mike and his wife Patti have two Daughters Nicole Paschall and Paige Egan, both of Colorado Springs, CO.

Ann Zacharias Ann is the Office and Claims Manager for Naler Insurance. Hired in 1984, She has expertise in many areas of the office operations including bookeeping and various Customer Service duties. A member of the Zion Lutheran Church of McGregor, Ann enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. |

Missy Duckett, ACSR - Joining the Naler Insurance staff in July, 2003, Missy is a Licensed Customer Service Representative. Dealing with customers with new quotes and policy changes, Missy can help you with a wide variety of your insurance needs. Missy and her husband Jody live in Oglesby. She has 3 children: Jake 11, Dalton 7 and Alli 6 |

Richard S Skipper Richard has been a Licensed P&C Agent for Naler Insurance since 1968. Richard is retired from his insurance duties, but still sits on the Board of Directors and is Secretary of the Corporation. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of McGregor and an avid Golfer. |
